Packages start with the base rate of $1234.50 including three days and two nights in Torrey, Utah at the Red Sands Hotel and Spa. Add ons to customize your specific wishes, goals, needs, and requests including, but not limited to techniques and modalities below:

Meditation: Experience a range of techniques that invite an increase of well-being on all levels. Breath work, journaling, journeying, mantra, mindfulness, moving, vipassana, visualization, and self inquiry are just a few techniques that could be included in your custom retreat.

Yoga: Experience different offerings of yoga that support and nourish your needs resulting in improved states of well-being. Raja, Bhakti, Karma, and Jnana yoga can be introduced and practiced. Hatha, nidra, restorative, yin, anusara, vinyasa, forrest, core balance, and strength are guided in a therapeutic tradition and are examples, but not limited to styles of raja yoga that can be included in your custom retreat.

Spa Treatments, Sound Bathes, Energy Healing, Breath & Body Work, Reiki, Qi Gong, ThetaHealing, Oracle Card Readings, Ceremony, and Ritual Honorings are modalities that you may want to include, but not limited to for your custom retreat.

Nature Adventures in Capitol Reef National Park, Escalante Grand Staircase, Boulder Mountain, Fish Lake National Forrest, and surrounding areas.
