Enjoy a guided playful stand up paddle board yoga session ether inside at Red Sands Hotel and Spa, or outside at Sand Creek Homestead. All levels of expertise welcome and invited to come play in a non-judgemental environment near Capitol Reef National Park, Utah.

Stand up paddle boards are provided. Please bring your own drinking water, towel, sunscreen, hat, and/or anything else needed to be comfortable.

$50-Red Sands Hotel is at the junction of highway 12 and highway 24 in Torrey, Utah.

$35-Sand Creek Homestead is located at 2021 East Highway 24, just outside Torrey, Utah heading towards Capitol Reef National Park.
